Hey everyone.  Who's coming to Berk?!   For some reason I feel that Berk seems to be really losing out to LA among the Fresies...and sure we don't have that glorious beach up here, but look.  In defense, I've meet some of the most awesome and brilliant professors here.  They treat you like people, and if you are willing to learn, they will encourage you all the way.  So anyways, if you got into both...don't diss on berk just yet ok?! Good.  Come visit.

New Entry.  Wow I think I forgot how to even do this.  Today the wind was blowing up a storm and the rain coming in spurts.  If only I was on top of a high rocky cliff, with the wind blowing unhindered past my face forcing my eyes to close to tiny slits.  And the rumbling roar of the ocean waves pounding into the walls.

How soon before I can move to Ireland, again?

FREE STATIONARY.  WHO DOESN'T LOVE FREE STATIONARY.  NOTE THAT WAS NOT A QUESTION BUT AN OBVIOUS STATEMENT.

In the offroads of dear Clark Kerr, there is now an a proliferation of arachnids.  Walking home today I noticed the most beautiful and perfect spider web, the cyclic sort that everyone draws on Halloween in 3rd grade?  Then I saw another...and another...and then two side-by-side.  Thinking like a field biologist, I put down my backpack and got up closer to investigate when all of a sudden I'm less than 2 inches away from a tan and spotted spider the size of my index finger.  I mean it wasn't just the size of the darn thing, it was the shape of its legs, all thick and pointed and wriggling around waiting for me to fall into its web.  Eee.  And yet in a way, I'm learning to appreciate all life forms and the beauty of form/function, no matter how grotesque and alien they look.

...of course I couldn't help thinking that if only Mei had been with me, what a world of opportunities for mischievous acts.  Alas.
